When triggering [Power Surge (Status Effect)|Power Surge] on a unit within the zone, 1 electric orb is generated, moving in a random direction. *If an orb hits an obstacle or an enemy, it bounces up to 10 ties. Hitting an enemy also deals Shock Elemental DMG of 42% Psi Intensity. *Shock Elemental DMG +30%.
